Prior to founding Tide to Timber, she spent 10 years growing a property management company from 32 doors to 250 doors while developing policies, procedures, and systems for successful operations. Our mission is to provide caring, responsive, and honest property management that creates value for both owners and tenants. We work to maximize owner returns, encourage long-term tenancies, maintain properties to a high standard, and provide personalized support every step of the way. Meet the Owner Beyond her professional experience, our owner is a wife, mother of two daughters, and grandmother of two grandchildren. Family is at the heart of who she is, and that same care and commitment carries into how she serves her clients. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and hunting.
